BackTrack 5 is probably one of the most amazing operating system’s ever! The operating system comes with a bunch of hacking tools already installed such as:

- S.E.T (Social Engineering Tools)
- WEP/WPA Key Cracker (Sniff Router passwords)
- Router Crasher (Remotely shut down somebody’s router)
- Backdoor Login access and so much more!

Step 1:

Download BackTrack 5 for FREE

you can download the BackTrack 5 R3 release via torrent right now. Direct ISO downloads will be available once all our HTTP mirrors have synched, which should take a couple more hours. Once this happens, we will update our BackTrack Download page with all links.

Step 2:

Download VirtualBox from here: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Step 3:

Install VirtualBox just by running through the setup and keep clicking “next”.

Step 4:

In VirtualBox, click on “New” and run through that process by keep clicking next.

Step 5:

Click on the machine you just created and click “Start” then you select the file you downloaded earlier (BackTrack ISO)

Step 6:

On the first screen in BackTrack, just hit the “Enter” key, then when you get a load of writing on your screen, type:

startx

Then hit “Enter”.

Step 7:

Have fun using BackTrack for educational purposes!
